Journal | the more we sweat in training, the less we bleed in battle

To put my work in the context of today, I look around my subject. My research has always started with my own observations, of the surrounding trends, the popular lifestyles, and the challenging competitors of whatever my subject. I record all of this to inform my own decisions. For this project past I made a proposal for a new food hall as part of a live project for Bluewater shopping centre. Market life - what is this in London? Had the capital dictated new ways of dining in other niche concept restaurants? To begin is the vibrant early times in Brixton market. Downtown vs uptown.
